The Space: This beautiful Penthouse is located in the safe and exclusive neighborhood of Jan Thiel, where you will find some of the most popular beaches and restaurants in Curacao just a short walk away. This exclusive, secured complex, the Spanish water Residence & Marina, has its own communal swimming pool, and a restaurant is right next door. The Penthouse overlooks a tropical garden and consists of three double bedrooms.
The living room has views of the Spanish Water's harbor, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials. All rooms have air conditioning, and there is excellent WIFI throughout the penthouse. All bedrooms are supplied with freshly cleaned linen and towels
Kitchen essentials include a coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils, kitchen stove, oven and grill, microwave, large American refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, and vacuum cleaner. The communal swimming pool is only steps away from your residency. The penthouse and chairs and sunbeds are available free at the pool. Caracasbaai beach is a 5-minute walk away, and only a 10 -15 minute walk or 3-minute drive will get you to the famous 'Jan Thiel' beach area. A highly recommended Caribbean restaurant is next door, while there are more restaurants and bars around the corner.

Space is very comfortable and inviting! Spent every night on the patio with a nice breeze. Rooms were comfortable and very clean! Would stay here again!
Pops Place/Brisa Do Mar is very close (less than 5 minutes away) and a great place to eat. We ate there the first 3 nights.
Tugboat beach is very close. About 5 minutes away. Great diving and snorkeling. Bring water shoes as the beach is a little rocky (most of Curacao's beaches are a little rocky).
Quickmart is very close (5 minutes) has drinks and snacks.
West end (Playa Kalki) is roughly 50 minutes away and well worth the drive to go visit.
Had a little trouble finding the place. Tabooshh is the best landmark to use to find the location (g-maps will get you fairly close but will leave you short of the actual location and ultimately confuse you).
The apartment was exactly as described, spotlessly clean and well stocked for cooking (lots of pots/pans, cutlery, utensils, glasses etc). We loved the pool and marina view and the close location (walking distance) to 3 restaurants and a beach. It is on a busy road which is a bit noisy but it does quieten down in the evenings. Nathalie and Marijn were very helpful and were great in assisting us with our car rental and providing a recommendation for a local baker to have a cake custom ordered as we were celebrating a birthday. Thank you very much for everything, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!
What a great location, very clean and peaceful. The kids loved going to the pool! The bed was very comfortable. The property manager was so friendly and helpful, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back!! :)
I came with two other ladies that never stayed at a Air BNB and this place was actually to their liking.
They really enjoyed lounging on the balcony and hanging out by the pool.
My favorite amenities was the balcony as well and the garden pool! I wanted to stay a few extra days at this location but it was already booked.
We had a few concerns that was out of our hand like the Wi-Fi was not working for 2 days (on and off) , the over was also a microwave ( unbelievable) so I didn’t feel okay with warming up food in the aluminum foil or how to popcorn. Lol
The linen and towels was actually cleaned, refreshing and felt safe to used!
They did an excellent job with the cleanliness of the unit!
Everything was very clean and tidy. The apartment has a washing machine and fully equipped kitchen, so we could also cook. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful balcony, from which you have a great view of the pool and the small harbor. The entire complex is very nice and well maintained, throughout the day you can observe the typical iguanas. The place exactly matches the photos.
The contact with PMI was also excellent - always friendly, eager and quick. A late check-out could also be booked at short notice.

Not only was the villa lovely and as-listed, and the hosts were welcoming from afar, they also contracted a location company to run point as "local host." PMI Curacao is top notch, doing everything they could to make it a great, seamless experience. Wonderful villa & wonderful hosts.
This place was perfect location & nicely maintained.
Host ledt snacks & water for us upon arrival & gave us lots of recommendations before we arrived. Close to restaurants & beaches. The space was very clean, loved the bathroom, and was pretty spacious.
Our week long stay in Curaçao was absolutely breathtaking and the ease of this Airbnb added even more. The space was extremely clean and very spacious. All three bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Beds were top rated. No detail was left unchecked. The grounds were immaculate. We loved watching the iguanas every morning run through the grass while sipping coffee on the balcony.
I highly recommend renting a car while on the island. Tropical Treasure was very centrally located. Perfect location to start our day trips to Kokomo and the North end of the island.
The PMI team was also very attentive. They gave great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. They checked on us several times throughout our stay and personally met us for checkin and checkout. We loved our parting gift and were saddened to return home.
Very rich rooms for sleeping but what a 100 of 100 is the terrace, I would like to wake up and go for a coffee on that terrace all my life, it is relaxing and cozy.
We had family dinners on that terrace and it was a place to enjoy in talk about it and stay there for hours . It really is a cozy place
The location is great! Quiet setting and excellent WIFI for working. Furnished and stocked consistent with photos. The property is within a few minutes walk of restaurants, tiki boat rental and tour companies. A 5 minute drive gets you to Tugboat beach and Jan Thiel beaches and restaurants. Marijn, with the property manager, was always accessible and responsive and did everything possible to make it a great stay. Any issues that popped up were quickly responded to (including coordinating a rental car delivered same day to the apartment after our car rental with a local company did not work out as expected). Would be great if doors/windows had screens to take advantage of tradewinds without gnats/mosquitoes. Highly recommend
